The studios and conference room at the Midtown are available for rental. Our state-of-the art studios are designed for dance with Rosco SubFloors, Adagio dance floors, custom portable dance barres, and adaptable audio systems. They are also Zoom-ready wireless “fitness trainer -style” microphones and high definition PTZ Cameras. Streaming Accessible - Wireless internet access is available to download or stream music.

Conference Room Rentals

Conference rooms are located on the first floor of the Midtown Arts Center, providing street level access and are ADA compliant. Each room is equipped with a presentation monitor and rentals include use of a nearby printer/copier, refrigerator and microwave. Restrooms are also nearby.
